Article Marketing: How to Write Articles That Google Would Love

Article marketing is still one of the most used and most loved traffic generating tools of most webmasters. This is not only because it's cost-effective and relatively easy but also because it's the best way to Google's heart. If you write articles that are written based on the unspoken rules or algorithms of this giant search engine, you can be assured that you'll get the kind of exposure and attention that you need in the online arena. This means enormous quality traffic that can result to more sales leads.
The question here is, how can you write an article that Google will love?
Well, Google would like you to write with this thing in mind; impress your readers before you think of the search engines. Is that a shocker? I'm sure it is for other article marketers who are still focusing on loading their articles with different keywords and keyphrases. With Google panda update, this search engine is now looking much deeper in terms of quality. That means, if you cannot convince it that you're giving real value to online users, you can say goodbye to amazing page ranking.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can create search engine-friendly articles:
First, know what online users are looking for. Using Google keyword tracker, identify the most searched terms and phrases related to your niche. Use these to determine the kind of topics or information that are usually being searched for by your target audience and simply give it to them. For example, if your potential clients are looking for tutorials related to DSLR photography, give them exactly what they're looking for. If online users are happy with your content, you'll get the nod of Google.

Offer unique information. If you plan to just rewrite the articles or web content you see online, you better stop right there. Google will not consider your articles a great source of information if you've got nothing unique to offer. So, be willing to impart your in-depth knowledge and share your secrets. This is one way to make your articles stand out from the crowd.
Ensure that your articles are perfectly written. It's your job to ensure that your articles are pleasurable to read. So, check them before you publish them online. Ensure that they don't have grammar, spelling, formatting, and factual errors. Also, ensure that they're easy on the eyes and very easy to understand.

Use keywords. After writing and proofreading your articles, the next step that you need to take is to insert relevant keywords. Your main keyword should appear on your title, on the first and last paragraphs of your article (preferably on the first or last sentences), and a couple of times on your article body. It's best if you can ensure that they're at least 100 words apart from each other. Observe keyword density which is 5% of your article's word count. Don't forget to read your articles aloud after inserting your keywords to ensure that they sound natural and that they won't affect the reading experience of your audience.
