• Information products: Create an information product (such as an e-book, tutorial or webinar) about your business and display your Twitter account on every page. Encourage your audience to follow you on Twitter to get clarification or additional information or ask them to tweet their questions.
• Put your Twitter ID on everything you make, especially promotional items and souvenirs.
